Who we are
My Name is Jacquelyn Eaton and I’m a stay-at-home mom with a deep passion for making a difference. Tune Together For Hope was born from a simple yet powerful idea-using the universal language of music to bring people together and change lives.
It all started with Concert For Hope, an event I created in memory of my beloved grandpa, who battled Alzheimer’s. Alongside my mom and an incredible caregiver from Home Instead-who became like family-I had the privilege of helping care for him. Without Home Instead in our corner, keeping grandpa at home would have never been possible! If you're in need of some in home care for a loved one, give them a call today! That experience showed me firsthand how devastating this illness can be, not just for those suffering, but for their loved ones as well. It also fueled my passion for giving back.
But this mission goes beyond Alzheimer’s. There are so many causes that deserve support, so many people in need of hope. That’s why Tune Together For Hope isn’t just about one issue-it’s about using the power of music to raise awareness and funds for a variety of meaningful causes, from medical research and community support programs to disaster relief and beyond.
For me music has always been a source of healing and strength, and I believe in its ability to bring people together for something greater. Every concert, every event, every note played is a step toward making the world a little brighter.
Join us on this journey. Whether through Concert For Hope or one of our future events, your support helps make a real impact. Together, we can spread hope, change lives and make the world a better place-one song at a time.
